I help experienced solopreneurs and professionals install one complete business operating system so their business stops relying on memory, manual follow-up, and scattered tools.

My work is done-with-you system installation, typically using Go High Level as the core platform.
This is not training, theory, or feature walkthroughs — it’s live, practical installation inside the client’s real account.

Most of the people I work with don’t have a motivation or capability problem.
They have an operating system problem.

Over time, their business ends up running on:

- Too many disconnected tools
- Half-built websites, forms, and automations
- Inconsistent follow-up
- No clear visibility over what’s actually happening

My job is to remove that fragility and replace it with one system that works reliably.

I bring 40+ years across technical consulting, system delivery, leadership, and high-pressure environments where failure wasn’t an option — including government work, large enterprises, and private consulting. A significant part of my career has been spent diagnosing why systems looked good but failed in real-world use, and then fixing them.

Today, I run GHL Systems, where I install foundations properly — once — so everything else has something solid to sit on.

I don’t sell growth, traffic, ads, funnels, or experimentation.
I don’t do ad-hoc fixes or endless custom work.
I focus on fixed scope, fixed order, and systems that actually get used.

If things feel busy but fragile, or if you’re hesitating to push forward because the foundations don’t feel trustworthy, that’s the layer I work at.

We replace fragmented tools, manual follow-up, and guesswork with a single, reliable system that captures leads, organises contacts, and runs follow-up properly.

This is fixed-scope, done-with-you installation — built inside the client’s real account.

What products/services do you sell?

GHL Core Sprint — an 8-week, done-with-you system installation program.

We install the core business operating system inside Go High Level: website, lead capture, CRM, follow-up, booking, and system validation.

This is not a course. It’s guided, live implementation.

What is your biggest goal for personal and professional improvement or growth?

To keep the business understandable, relatable, and economically sound while delivering consistently solid system installations.

I’m optimising for correctness and sustainability, not speed.

What is your biggest challenges that you’d like to overcome in the hivemind?

Staying focused on installing the foundation properly while filtering out noise, trends, and well-intentioned but misaligned advice. I’m here to pressure-test clarity, not chase tactics.
